Patient Information

How to prepare for your appointment:

  • Bring all your medications (or photo of them); both prescription and over the counter medication.
  • Bring all skin products you use (or photo of products).
  • Bring a list of the questions you want to ask.
  • Ask family members if they have had skin cancer and if so WHAT TYPE.
  •  If you have had any skin biopsies in the past, it is helpful to have a copy. (We can get them for you if you need assistance.)
  • Medical Insurance

We participate in the following insurance plans: Aetna, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, First Health, Texas True Choice, PHCS and coming soon is Humana. Call our office for the most up-to-date information 210.617.5585.

  • Pricing

All pricing is available upon request. We strive to be transparent and fair in our pricing. Cost is based upon the type of equipment used, the number of lesions treated, and/or the amount of body surface area treated

Keep in mind that everyone has unique skin, and what might be a fit for one person is not always the case with another . Each procedure we do is planned specifically for each patient. Laser type may vary, the settings may vary and the number of sessions may vary. That being said, we try to complete our goal with the fewest number of sessions possible. For this reason, we do not sell “packages.”

Finally, we encourage you to be frank with us about your budget and the results you are looking for. That will help us design a unique treatment plan just for you. We want you to be pleased with all aspects of your procedure including the expense you incur. There are procedures that are $35 and there are some that are $800 and up. Knowing your budget will help you and me make decisions about which procedures are a fit for you.
