Payment Options

Use our payment options below to pay your balance quickly and conveniently.

  1. Pay Online using our secure patient portal to pay your balance with a credit or debit card. Once your online portal is set up, you can use it anytime to view balances, pay bills, and review lab results or medical records. (Need a password? See Reset Password instructions below.)
    • Visit the Patient Portal.
    • Then, go to the “Registered Patient” section to log in and pay.

  1. Pay by Check
    • Make your check payable to “Elizabeth Hughes Dermatology” and mail to 6712 N. New Braunfels Ave., San Antonio, TX 78209.
  2. Pay by Credit Card
    • Make a credit card payment by phone: Call us during office hours at 210.617.5585 to make a payment by phone. If you reach voicemail, please leave your name and birthdate, and we’ll return your call.
    • Mail your credit card payment: Complete the top portion of your billing statement, including credit card details, and mail it back to us at 6712 N. New Braunfels Ave., San Antonio, TX 78209.
  3. Drop by in person to make a payment and say hello.

How to Reset Your Patient Portal Password

Follow these instructions to reset your patient portal password.

  • Visit the Patient Portal, and click “Forgot Login Details.”
  • At the top right of the next page, click “Forgot Login Details” again.
  • Enter your name, email, birthday, and cell phone, then click “Submit.”
  • A security code will be emailed to you—enter the code, press the “Return” key, and click “Done.”
  • You’ll be prompted to create a new password. Please note the username assigned by the system—you’ll need it to log in.
  • Log in using your new credentials to access the payment page.
